Host New Zealand will be looking to inflict a 3-0 whitewash in the T20I series when they take on Bangladesh in the third and final game at Eden Park in Auckland.
In the rain-curtailed game, New Zealand registered 28-run over Bangladesh via the DLS method. With the series already wrapped up, the home side might be tempted to provide opportunities to fringe players in this dead rubber.

The big positive for New Zealand was Glenn Phillips finding form with the bat in the rain-affected game played at Napier. The 24-year old notched up his second half-century in the T20 format. He was well supported by Daryl Mitchell, who continues to impress with the bat for New Zealand this summer.
In the bowling department, the onus will be on the likes of Tim Southee, Adam Milne and Lockie Ferguson to make early inroads in the initial Powerplay overs.

Besides Sarkar, Captain Mahmudullah Riyad looked decent in his innings and perished in the 13th over of the innings. He scored 21 runs off 12 balls with the help of four boundaries.
The lower-order trio of Afif Hossain, Mohammad Mithun and Mohammad Saifuddin will need to put in crucial scores for Bangladesh to post a modest total on the board.
